DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Standard delivery by / FedEx / UPS/ EMS takes 5-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided 2-4 days after the purchase date.

Return and Refund will be provided if the item is partly missing or deformed. Please be aware we carry out quality control before dispatch.

Once goods have been dispatched, we are held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the courier company. If the package got seized by customs, we will resend the order or refund your payment in full.

We also always ensure items are carefully packed and protected.

All returns for size exchanges must be sent back within 7 days of your receive date. We recommend using a service that ensures you can insure and track your returns.

Returns for size exchanges must be in the original sale condition. Items must not be worn and all tags/packaging must be intact.

Return for exchanging a different item(s) will result in a 30% fee of the original item as a service fee.

Any returned item must be in its original box and packaging with all original contents included such as spare laces dustbags shoe filler paper etc.

If the buyer refuses to receive the item, only 50% of the transaction will be refunded.
